Hua Hin Food Fest 2025 is set to return from 22–24 August, bringing a variety of culinary offerings and entertainment to Hua Don Beach in Khao Takiab.
The event, organised by Hua Hin City Municipality in collaboration with local partners, aims to boost tourism and stimulate the local economy during the low season. The festival is expected to attract both Thai and international visitors and will coincide with a long holiday weekend.
Last month, the municipality announced plans to organise the festival in August, but has now confirmed the actual dates.
Preparations for the event were confirmed during a meeting on 17 July chaired by Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wuttikul. The meeting was attended by Deputy Mayor Bussaba Choksuchart, Boonyuen Phoolap, President of the Hua Hin–Cha-am Chefs Club, committee members, Papanapop Duangkaew, Head of Tourism Support, and other relevant officials.

Mayor Nopporn said the festival’s concept this year is to encourage visitors to “watch, shop, taste, and snap”, with a focus on creating economic opportunities throughout the community.
This year’s edition is expected to be one of the biggest so far, with over 100 food booths featuring local dishes and signature offerings from hotels across Hua Hin and Cha-am.
Highlights of the three-day event will include:
- The Andaman Dance Zone, featuring a music-synchronised water and light show
- The Arctic Glow Zone, with colourful illuminated floating balloons
- An Art & Craft Zone, showcasing handmade products and local artisans
- The Regional Chef Competition, with culinary teams from Thailand’s four regions competing, along with a som tum (papaya salad) contest
- Live music performances by Singto Numchok, Pop Pongkool, and other well-known artists
- Illuminated decorations and photo landmarks for visitors
Organisers say the festival’s beachfront location and diverse programme of activities will appeal to a wide range of attendees, from residents to tourists visiting Hua Hin for the extended weekend.
