Cape & Kantary Hotels has launched its first customer loyalty programme, the Cape & Kantary Card, offering a range of exclusive benefits and rewards for guests staying at its 23 properties across Thailand.
Launched on 15 July 2025, the Cape & Kantary Card allows members to earn points for each night’s stay, which can be redeemed for complimentary accommodation, discounts, and other privileges. Membership is free and available for sign-up online.

Under the programme, guests earn one point for every 1,000 Baht spent per night. A total of 20 points can be redeemed for a free one-night stay with breakfast for two at any Cape & Kantary Hotels property. Members also receive double points during their birthday month and on their first stay if it takes place before 30 November 2025.
Additional privileges include early check-in and late check-out, subject to room availability, a 15% discount on spa treatments, 20% off laundry services, and a 30% dining voucher for groups of two to ten guests.
