Miracle of the Three Bays City Fair and Red Cross Festival set for 24 April to 4 May 2026
The Miracle of the Three Bays City Fair and Red Cross Festival will return to Prachuap Khiri Khan from 24 April to 4 May 2026, with organisers preparing a wide-ranging programme of exhibitions, performances and charity activities.
Provincial governor Sitthichai Sawat Saen chaired a preparatory committee meeting on Wednesday at the provincial hall to finalise arrangements for the annual tourism event, now in its 16th year. Deputy governors, heads of government departments and representatives from relevant public agencies were also in attendance.
The Miracle of the Three Bays City Fair aims to promote tourism, stimulate the local economy and raise awareness of the traditions, cultural heritage and local knowledge that shape the identity of the province’s eight districts.
The event will take place at King Rama IX Commemorative Park in front of the provincial hall, along the Prachuap Bay coastal road and at Saranwithi Bridge. Entry will be free of charge.
Exhibitions, performances and community activities
Exhibition zones presented by government agencies from 20 ministries will be organised under the concept “Next Move Prachuap – The Province Must Move Forward”. Displays are expected to highlight development priorities across ten strategic areas, including water management, marine tourism conservation, agricultural promotion, tourism workforce development and plans to strengthen Prachuap Khiri Khan’s position as a wellness destination.
Stage activities will begin each evening from 25 April. The programme will include panel discussions on agriculture, fisheries and livestock, marching band and cheerleading performances, and appearances by students who have brought recognition to the province.
The schedule also features TO BE NUMBER ONE performances on 26 April, health-focused discussions and related activities on 27 April, and singing contests under the theme “Local Unity”, with preliminary rounds on 28 April and the final on 2 May. Other highlights include martial arts and Muay Thai competitions, a youth band contest on 30 April, education-themed activities on 1 May, and the Miss Three Bays City beauty pageant on 3 May.
The official opening ceremony on 24 April will include a fireworks display choreographed to music, along with light and sound presentations highlighting cultural traditions and ways of life across the province’s eight districts.
Throughout the festival, visitors will be able to enjoy agricultural product competitions, demonstrations of Muay Thai and takraw, a night run and walk around the Three Bays area, and a tie-dye fashion show featuring honorary models.
A major feature of the event will be the Red Cross charity raffle. Organisers plan to sell 50,000 tickets priced at 100 baht each, offering the chance to win three cars and other prizes with a combined value of more than two million baht. The prize draw will take place on the final day of the festival.
The fair will also include OTOP products, community goods, consumer product caravans, food and drink stalls, and nightly concerts by well-known artists.
