Arno’s Group started its journey in 2015 with Arno’s Butcher and Eatery, specializing in dry-aged beef, flame-grilled steaks, and French-style beef cuts personally selected by our master chef, Mr. Arnaud Carré. All our beef is dry-aged in-house for 45 to 120 days under the meticulous care of our master butcher, ensuring the highest quality and flavor.
For those who prefer alternatives to beef, Arno’s offers a wide selection of pork ribs, racks of lamb, fresh river prawns, imported lobsters, salmon, tuna, marinated chicken wings, and duck—all paired with a carefully curated wine selection at the best prices.
After the success of our first location, Arno’s Burgers was launched in 2015, offering high-quality dry-aged beef burgers and a great selection of beers. Our brand quickly expanded across Thailand, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya. By 2018, we introduced Arno Thai, a street food concept featuring beef noodles with the same premium quality at unbeatable prices.
About Chef Arnaud Carré
When people think of artistry, they often imagine painters or musicians, but butchery is an art form in itself. Born into a family of butchers spanning five generations, Arnaud Carré mastered his craft from an early age in Brittany, France. He honed his skills under the best butchers in France before moving to New York, where he spent 15 years perfecting his culinary artistry.
Seeking a new challenge, Arnaud brought his expertise to Thailand, where he transformed the local perception of beef by introducing premium dry-aged cuts. With an unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Arnaud, along with his partner Khun Supanit, founded Arno’s Butcher and Eatery, which quickly became a household name among Thai food lovers.
