He started his career in the restaurant industry in 1993 at a hotel in Chiang Mai. His experiences in the culinary world brought him to several stand alone restaurants as well as well-known hotels and resorts such as the luxury Six Senses Yaonoi in Phanga, Mercure Hideaway Koh Chang, The Dewa Beach Resort Koh Chang and in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His accomplishments combined with luxury hotel experiences and management skills will give him the opportunities to bring the kitchen operations of Banyan The Resort, Hua Hin to the next level.
