Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet At Amber Kitchen
Alternatively, couples can ring in Lunar New Year by the beach at Big Fish & Bar, the award-winning seafront restaurant. The talented chefs will use premium ingredients to craft a series of four “Chinese New Year Specials”, each of which is inspired by the time-honored traditions of the Middle Kingdom, and served in a stunning setting overlooking the ocean. These specialties are available from January 29th to February 2nd (17.00 – 23.00 hrs), with prices starting from THB 1,195++ per dish.
Big Fish & Bar will also present its “Mud Crab Creations” this January, with a choice of four delectable dishes that showcase this succulent seafood, inspired by the iconic cuisines of Thailand, Singapore, India and beyond. Available throughout the month (January 1st to 31st, 17.00 – 23.00 hrs), these exclusive creations are priced at THB 2,250 per dish.
Amber Kitchen will set the stage for a series of uplifting culinary experiences this January, as it helps all ages to kickstart 2025 in style. The “Italian-Thai Dinner Buffet” presents the best of Italian and Thai cuisine, from pizza and pasta to boat noodles and green curry, with optional Italian wines. This bountiful buffet is staged every Friday (18.00 – 22.00 hrs), priced at just THB 899++ (food only). Then every Saturday (18.00 – 22.00 hrs), the “BBQ Dinner Buffet” invites guests to indulge in a sublime selection of grilled meats and seafood, along with Thai and international favorites, a salad bar and sweet treats. This sizzling dinner is priced at THB 1,499++ per person.
Loved ones can then come together and end their week at Amber Kitchen’s “Sunday Family Lunch Buffet”.
