The Hua Hin Food Fest 2026 concluded at Hua Don Beach on Sunday after three days of food, entertainment and activities in Khao Takiab.
The festival opened on Friday, 28 August, with 500 free servings of “Hua Hin International Pad Thai” among the highlights as large crowds attended the first evening.
Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wutthikul formally opened the event, which ran until Sunday, 30 August.
The signature dish combined Thai and Western cooking, using pasta to represent Western cuisine and local seafood to give it a Hua Hin identity.
Officials and tourism industry representatives attending the opening included Montri Manichphong, Hua Hin assistant district chief; Itsada Saowaros, director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Prachuap Khiri Khan office; Kitipong Siripetchkasem, president of the Hua Hin–Cha-am Tourism Business Association; and Noppadon Nutcharoen, president of the Cha-am–Hua Hin Chefs Club.

More than 150 stalls offered Thai and international dishes from leading local restaurants and four- and five-star hotels in Hua Hin and Cha-am.
The event programme featured giant balloon displays, a dancing fountain show with lights and music, chef competitions and concerts by well-known artists.
An ice-carving display depicted former world boxing champion Phon Kingphet alongside the 100-year-old Baldwin Mikado 305 steam locomotive associated with Hua Hin Railway Station.
Hua Hin Municipality organised the festival with the Cha-am–Hua Hin Chefs Club and other local partners to support green-season tourism and generate income for local businesses.
Parking arrangements were expanded considerably compared with last year. Visitors were able to park at the festival site, an on-site overflow area or at nearby Wat Khao Lan Thom.
