Prachuap Khiri Khan Governor Mr. Somkid Chanthamarik has bid farewell to provincial government agencies as he prepares to take up his new position as Governor of Pathum Thani.
During a farewell ceremony held on 19 November 2024, Mr. Somkid expressed his gratitude to public and private sector representatives for their cooperation and commitment during his tenure.
Accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Sasithorn Chanthamarik, President of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Red Cross Chapter and Chairperson of the Provincial Housewives Association, Mr. Somkid visited sacred sites across the province before addressing officials and personnel at the event.
“I would like to thank all parties for their dedication and collaboration in advancing the missions of the province. It has been an honour to serve Prachuap Khiri Khan,” he said.
The ceremony was attended by senior officials including Deputy Governors Mr. Sitthichai Sawat-saen, Mr. Kittipong Sukphakakun, and Mr. Khomkrit Charoenphatthanasombat, as well as Provincial Clerk Mr. Preeda Sukjai. Department heads, staff, and representatives from various sectors gathered to offer their well-wishes, presenting roses as a gesture of appreciation.
