Hua Hin City Municipality will begin installing a new raw water pipeline along Sarosong Road on 27 August, with partial road closures expected until 15 September.
Drivers and residents are advised to avoid the area where possible to minimise delays.
The second phase of the project will see sections of Sarosong Road closed from the Top Center traffic light junction to the intersection with Damnoenkasem Road, in front of the Waterworks Division, extending to the Waterworks intersection.
Partial road closures until mid-September

The Office of Irrigation Zone 14 and Hua Hin City Municipality confirmed the earlier start date after the first phase of the project was completed ahead of schedule.
The pipeline is part of the expansion of the Phetchaburi–Hua Hin raw water system, designed to carry water from the main line along the irrigation canal to the Damnoenkasem reservoir. Officials say the upgrade is intended to improve water distribution and reliability across the city.
Residents and motorists should expect detours and slower traffic during the works. Once the installation is complete, the affected sections of the road will reopen immediately.
