Why Hua Hin? community event series to begin ahead of November expo

Hua Hin Today will launch a series of community activities over the coming weeks as part of the build-up to Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026, which will take place on 14 and 15 November.

The programme is designed to encourage residents and visitors to get out and experience different sides of Hua Hin, with activities covering sport, nature, food, wellness, nightlife and the beach.

Rather than focusing solely on the main expo, the community events are intended to give people the chance to take part in the Why Hua Hin? concept for themselves, while highlighting local organisations, businesses and activities.

The community programme is being organised in the lead-up to Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026, a two-day lifestyle and community event at Bluport Hua Hin Resort Mall.

The expo will bring together local businesses, residents, visitors, investors, retirees, entrepreneurs and community groups, with zones covering property and investment, hospitality and tourism, wellness and healthcare, expat living, food and beverage, active lifestyle, local experiences and related services.

Punyisa Chalauysophon, Event Manager at Hua Hin Today said the community programme was intended to make Why Hua Hin? more than a two-day event.

“The idea is to encourage people to get out, meet others and experience different parts of Hua Hin in the weeks leading up to the expo,” she said.

“We want Why Hua Hin? to be about the town itself, the people who live here and the activities and businesses that make Hua Hin a great place to live, work and visit.”

The Why Hua Hin? community calendar is being organised with support from a growing number of local partners, with further events and participating organisations expected to be announced.

Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026 will take place on 14 and 15 November at Bluport Hua Hin Resort Mall. Entry to the expo will be free.
