Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026 Celebrates a Decade of Excellence as AP Thailand Takes the Night’s Highest Honour
AP Thailand received the highest honour at the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026, which marked its tenth anniversary at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River on 27 August.
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited was named Developer of the Year Thailand 2026 and also received the Excellence in High-Rise Development award.
Held under the theme “10 Years, New Era”, the ceremony recognised developers and projects from Bangkok, Phuket, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Koh Samui and other parts of Thailand.
In Hua Hin, Orchid Palm Homes won Developer of the Year Hua Hin, while BelVida Parque Hua Hin by Blue Lotus Hua Hin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. received Best Villa Development Hua Hin.
“Naming AP Thailand as Developer of the Year Thailand feels particularly significant in our tenth-anniversary year,” said Adam Sutcliffe, director of Dot Property Group.
“This is our highest national honour and it needs to represent much more than the success of an individual project. AP’s scale, breadth of development and continued influence on residential living in Thailand make it a very fitting recipient as we enter this new era for the awards.”
In a statement, AP Thailand said the award reflected its commitment to the property sector during a challenging economic period. The company highlighted its financial discipline and portfolio of more than 200 projects nationwide, spanning detached homes, twin homes, townhouses and condominiums.
Thailand Real Estate Awards marks tenth anniversary
Building on ten years of the Dot Property Awards, the renamed Thailand Real Estate Awards now forms part of the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards platform.
The regional programme draws on Dot Property Group’s property platforms, market data and industry relationships. Organisers said its purpose was to help property seekers identify developers and projects recognised within their respective markets.
“The awards have always made sense alongside what we do as a business,” said Sutcliffe. “People come to our platforms every day because they are searching for property, and we want to stand alongside those users by helping highlight the projects and developers setting the benchmark in the market each year.”
Savills Thailand, Colliers Thailand and FazWaz supported the 2026 programme as Awards Consultants, contributing consultancy experience, market intelligence and transaction insight.
The awards covered residential development, design, hospitality, customer experience, property management and innovation.
“Our winners come from Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Koh Samui and beyond,” Sutcliffe said.
“They represent different sectors, different markets and different ways of living. Together, they tell a much richer story about the strength, diversity and ambition of Thai real estate.”

Bangkok projects and regional developers take major honours
InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke by CG Capital Advisory Limited won Best Ultra Luxury Condominium Thailand. Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha by Asset Five Group PCL received Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development Thailand.
Regional Developer of the Year awards went to SLR Development Co., Ltd. for the Eastern Seaboard, Orchid Palm Homes for Hua Hin, Samui Grand Park for Koh Samui and Anchan Villas for Phuket.
These regional awards preceded the presentation of Developer of the Year Thailand 2026 to AP Thailand.

Anniversary celebrations and regional grand final
The ceremony introduced a new awards identity and trophy. Thai pop singer Ice Saranyu performed during the evening, and guests gathered beside the Chao Phraya River for a fireworks display after the final awards.
The Thailand programme is part of a regional series covering Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia. The national programmes lead to the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards Grand Final, scheduled to take place in Bangkok in December 2026.
Organisers said the regional platform would give Thai developers and projects opportunities for recognition beyond the national awards.
“The next decade is about using the scale we now have to build something that represents Southeast Asian real estate with real authority,” said Sutcliffe.
“Our ambition isn’t simply to become a bigger awards programme. It is to understand these markets, celebrate their very best and connect that recognition with the audiences actually searching for property across the region.”
