Chiva-Som Hua Hin wins Prime Minister’s Export Award 2026 for Best Services Enterprise – Wellness Services
Chiva-Som Hua Hin has received a Prime Minister’s Export Award 2026 in the Best Services Enterprise – Wellness Services category, recognising its contribution to Thailand’s wellness sector and international reputation.
The award was presented by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and accepted by Krip Rojanastien, Chairman and CEO of Chiva-Som International Health Resorts, during a ceremony at Government House in Bangkok on Friday, 7 August.
Organised by Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce, the Prime Minister’s Export Awards recognise Thai businesses and organisations that demonstrate excellence in exports and services while helping strengthen the country’s international standing.
The 2026 award marks the first year of the Best Services Enterprise – Wellness Services category.

Chiva-Som has operated its flagship wellness resort in Hua Hin for more than three decades and has built an international reputation around personalised health and wellbeing programmes.
Its approach focuses on balancing physical health, mental wellbeing and lifestyle, with programmes combining wellness consultations, treatments, fitness, nutrition and other specialist services.
Commenting on the award, Mr Rojanastien said the recognition reflected the work of Chiva-Som’s team and Thailand’s reputation for wellness and hospitality.
“We are deeply honoured to receive the Prime Minister’s Export Award for Best Services Enterprise – Wellness Services,” he said.
“This recognition is a testament above all to our exceptional team, whose unwavering dedication enables us to deliver the highest standards of personalised care with the warmth, compassion and genuine hospitality for which Thailand is renowned.
“We are proud to play a role in showcasing Thailand’s outstanding wellness expertise on the global stage.”
He added that the award also recognised Chiva-Som’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and excellence in health and wellbeing.
Beyond its resort operations, Chiva-Som also supports education, community projects and environmental initiatives.
The company participates in the United Nations Global Compact and says it is working towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Its local initiatives include Krailart Niwate, a mangrove conservation and environmental wellness project in Hua Hin, while the Chiva-Som Academy in Bangkok provides training for people entering the wellness industry.
The award further strengthens Chiva-Som Hua Hin’s position as one of Thailand’s internationally recognised wellness destinations and highlights the growing importance of wellness services to the country’s tourism and service sectors.
