The ceremony, held at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, marked the awards’ tenth anniversary under the theme “10 Years, New Era”. Developers and projects from across Thailand were recognised, with AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited receiving the evening’s highest honour, Developer of the Year Thailand 2026.

The two Hua Hin awards recognised Orchid Palm Homes and BelVida Parque Hua Hin, a project by Blue Lotus Hua Hin (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

“I’m absolutely delighted and very proud to accept this award for Best Developer in Hua Hin. This recognition means a great deal to me and my whole team,” she said.

“Building great developments is never about only one person. It’s about the people behind the scenes who work hard every day to deliver quality, look after our communities, and make our developments places people are proud to call home.”

She thanked the company’s team, customers and partners for their support.

“We are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved, and this award motivates us to keep raising the bar,” she added.
Speaking after the presentation, Gary Hills, sales & marketing manager, highlighted Orchid Palm Homes’ long association with Hua Hin and its plans for further developments.

“We’re very proud. It’s a fantastic effort by the whole team. We’ve been here for a long time now in Hua Hin, since 2004. And we’ve got a long, long road ahead of us with many more developments to come,” he said.

Asked what he valued most about being in Hua Hin, he said: “Everything. Hua Hin’s just a wonderful place to live. We’ve got everything you need.”

“Big thanks to the whole team, and of course big thanks to all of our customers for trusting in us and continuing to help to bring Orchid Palm Homes into the future.”

Rob Pijper, project director at BelVida, accepted the Best Villa Development Hua Hin award on behalf of the team.

“On behalf of the BelVida team, I’m very proud and very honoured to receive this award for Best Villa Development in Hua Hin,” he said.

“Of course, I’d like to thank the whole team behind the success of BelVida Parque, which is built on BelVida Estate.”

In a post-award interview, Pijper said the recognition followed years of work at the estate.

“The whole team has been working very hard behind the scenes to build on the success of BelVida Estate, which we’ve been developing for more than 17 years,” he said.

“To receive an award so soon for this new project is a great honour.”

Pijper said managing buyers’ expectations was a key challenge, with enquiries coming from people interested in both existing properties and newly designed homes.

“We can offer either an existing villa that can be completely renovated to meet their needs, or a new house designed exactly as they would like it,” he said.

He also encouraged overseas buyers unfamiliar with Hua Hin to visit and see how the town was developing.

“I would encourage foreigners who haven’t been to Hua Hin to visit and see how it’s developing. It’s a really interesting market,” he said.

Thailand Real Estate Awards marks tenth anniversary

Adam Sutcliffe, director of Dot Property Group

Previously known as the Dot Property Awards, the Thailand Real Estate Awards now forms part of the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards platform.

Adam Sutcliffe, director of Dot Property Group, said the range of winners reflected the variety of Thailand’s property markets.

“Our winners come from Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Koh Samui and beyond,” he said.

“They represent different sectors, different markets and different ways of living. Together, they tell a much richer story about the strength, diversity and ambition of Thai real estate.”

Sutcliffe also explained how the awards complement the group’s property search platforms.

“The awards have always made sense alongside what we do as a business,” he said. “People come to our platforms every day because they are searching for property, and we want to stand alongside those users by helping highlight the projects and developers setting the benchmark in the market each year.

“That gives the awards a purpose beyond one night of celebration. Through our platforms, content, data and market relationships, we can continue telling the stories of outstanding real estate and help property seekers discover it.”

Alongside Orchid Palm Homes, regional Developer of the Year honours went to SLR Development Co., Ltd. for the Eastern Seaboard, Samui Grand Park Group Co., Ltd. for Koh Samui and Anchan Villas for Phuket.

InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke by CG Capital Advisory Limited won Best Ultra Luxury Condominium Thailand, while Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha by Asset Five Group PCL received Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development Thailand.

AP Thailand also received the Excellence in High-Rise Development award, one of several special anniversary honours recognising established developers.

Savills Thailand, Colliers Thailand and FazWaz supported the programme as Awards Consultants. The evening included a performance by Thai pop singer Ice Saranyu and concluded with fireworks beside the Chao Phraya River.

National awards programmes in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia lead to the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards Grand Final, which is scheduled to take place in Bangkok in December 2026.
